It is about something that happens in organizations more often than anyone admits and that almost nobody writes about it honestly.

The year just before a glacier disappears, bring the most water. So communities expand, farms grow, Hydropower scales up. Right before the long decline sets in. We are living in that window right now and calling it abundance.

We spent 20 years fighting over oil, a resource we always knew we'd move beyond.

The next fight is water: no substitute, no transition, and governed by treaties written for a climate that no longer exists.

@rebootdude Couldn’t it also be customers are not sure of what they actually need or want? Case in point is the mobile device industry, BlackBerry and Nokia were controlling the market , came along Apple and the rest is history
