Country had different energies back then. Every kid has the dream to make country proud. IT engines were booming, people were switching jobs at their will. Even basic diploma guys were going to USA and doing great. Dubai return NRIs used to bring gifts. Construction boom in gulf brought wealth to even basic workers. Missiles firing, new roads, new trains. Kids in schools, literacy shooting up, health facilities improved, export boomed. For the first time it felt like we could compete with China.

Then certain events happened and it all became a dream.

I am asking repeatedly. This is very very important.

Why should a RAC passenger bear full charge for 50% of a side lower seat? Isn't it unfair?

Once the chart is prepared, Railways must refund 50% of the fare with interest for RAC passengers. The same source of payment can be used for the refund.

Pls implement this immediately. I see many ladies and senior citizens who travel by RAC, without sleep and they pay full charge.

If any of you reading this feel that this should be implemented immediately, comment with your thoughts and share until Railways makes it a fair deal for passengers.

This is long long overdue.
