@savororaidh Hi, can you help me out on this one, please? I completely get it and would never want to stop a child enjoying a trip. My current difficulty is I have a couple of children who like to 'explore on their own'. Staying safe without a parent helping off site - I'm struggling

I can not access the bathroom fittings upstairs in my local store today - Bredbury, because the lift is broken. I have left frustrated and without being able to make my purchases.

@Homebase_help I asked at the Customer desk if there was an alternative lift but was told sorry, the only one is broken. I replied that I was unable to do my shopping & returned my basket before leaving. If this had been offered straight away it might have helped. I have already driven home now
