❤️SHE MATTERS: HANNAH McGUIRE!❤️

Hannah McGuire was a 23-year-old woman with her whole life ahead of her - she overflowed with all the promises of youth: Hope, achievement, love, community, friendship, career, fun and everything else every young women deserves.
But all of this is gone now, wiped out by another act of alleged male (And domestic) violence.
Hannah's body was found in a burnt out car on Friday at Scarsdale in Victoria.
A male is charged with her murder. It's believed he is her former partner.
Hannah is the 22nd Australian woman killed this year. She is the third woman killed in the Ballarat region in the past few months.
Hannah recently separated from her partner and an intervention order was put in place to keep her safe, it's been reported. Media say she had concerns for her safety.
Hannah is well known in her community and loved and respected by so many people.
“Fly high beautiful angel. Thank you Hannah for all the wonderful memories that we will cherish forever,” a friend said on social media. “Our hearts are broken.”
Hannah's loss should anger us all. One woman killed is one too many - 22 women killed is an injustice no Australian should take lying down.
We can't keep turning our back on the killing of women in Australia - but I know many Australians will turn away.
We cannot keep turning our back on the perpetrators of violence in our country - but I know this will be the case yet again.
We cannot ignore anymore the safety nets whose holes are so big women keep falling through - but I know these will not be fixed or funded.
How many more women's lives will we see wiped out before Australia truly stands up?
Will it end at Hannah? No. It won't. And that is Australia's shame.
