BLACKROCK'S IBIT SPOT ETF CROSSES 500,000 BITCOIN IN ASSET UNDER MANAGEMENT

- @BlackRock's IBIT Spot Exchange-traded Fund has surpassed 500,000 BTC ~ $48B in asset under management.

- The notable landmark was observed on Monday when 3,526 BTC worth of net inflow was recorded, according to latest fund disclosure by iShares.

- As of November 29, Blackrock's Spot ETF accumulated 496,854 BTC before Tuesday's inflow took it above 500,000 BTC.

Key Highlights:

- BlackRock's IBIT Spot ETF has been on a steady rise since launching on January 11. The fund becomes the fastest to reach half a billion BTC in holdings, achieving such feat in less than a year.

- The fund is now approaching $50B in Asset under management according to data disclosed on December 2.

- IBIT currently occupies approximately 50% of the total U.S. Spot ETF holdings.
