@Swiggy Time to fix your interface! "2x500gms" does not clearly indicate different units, leading to wrong orders. It's absolutely pathetic to charge a cancellation fee when I refused to accept an order that was your mistake.
Hoping for swift action and compensation as per airline policy, including any compensation for each day my bag remains missing!!

Follow up tweet: Disappointed with @qatarairways service. It's been a week since my bag went missing, filled out their form, and sent it over, but still no resolution. Understand the 21 working days policy, but it feels excessive.
You tell me what the solution is here? No communication, no solution, no response is what you abide by?
This is completely unacceptable and honestly just a way to trouble your passengers.

Hi @qatarairways, I travelled from Lagos to Delhi via Doha on the 20th January but upon landing I found out that one of my baggage was not loaded on the flight to Delhi. After filling out the report and being promised that I will receive a call with an update within 24 hours.
While filling out the report, I even informed the staff that I have to travel to Singapore soon, upon which they mentioned that they will not deliver my bag internationally but they will call with an update in less than 24 hours.
Some pandemic lessons:
1. We can WFH
2. Home food makes you healthy
3. We can build hospitals within days
4. Family is so important
5. Rich and poor equally vulnerable
6. Shopping is not important
7. Fear of the disease is also a disease
8. Heath infrastructure has to improve
