The concept of Hinako being the Bride and having no face because turning into someone's wife takes your identity from you, becoming someone undeserving, no name, no one...
ah silent hill f, I wont ever be convinced you are a bad game. You are just not understood by males.
Do we all agree that the new Resident Evil movie actually feels like Resident Evil? 🥹 After sitting through so many disappointing adaptations, it feels so good to finally get one that actually captures the vibe I’ve been waiting for.
I so much love this take because it completely exposes the double standard towards the new Resident Evil reboot.
If you refuse to consider the 2026 film a real entry just because it ditches the OG heroes for a bumbling everyday courier, then by that exact logic, you have to throw out Resident Evil 7 too.
The gaming community universally praises RE7 as a masterpiece, completely forgetting that it took the exact same massive gamble by introducing Ethan Winters, a totally normal guy with zero combat training, no ties to Umbrella, and enemies that weren't standard zombies. Shifting the camera to an ordinary civilian isn’t an insult to the lore; it is literally the exact narrative blueprint that successfully saved the video games a decade ago and did the exact same for the movie franchise.
Big fan of how Bryan has been inducted into the Resident Evil Protagonist line-up already by the fanbase.
One appearance and it already feels like he’s been here the whole time lol.
I didn’t mind the ending personally
Maybe it’s because I’m a fan of tragedies or the fact that I 100% expected it from the moment they mentioned Racoon City
So Bryan is basically an NPC. The whole movie is showing how a Resident Evil monster actually gets created, most people were expecting Leon or Claire. He’s just courier whose body becomes the next BOW.
The girl in the RV infects him early and the virus is cooking the whole night while he’s still running deliveries. By the time the scientists finish the cure, his body is already mutating.
He’s still conscious for a minute and begging them to stick him, but the tentacles take over before anyone can inject him
The voice note in the garage is the game collectible. That’s the tape/file a real protagonist would find later: some nobody recording a last message to his girlfriend before he turns. The movie is the story behind that item.
Cregger even said he didn’t want the ending where Bryan gets the needle and lives, because that felt cheap. The point was that you’d been watching a monster origin story the whole time. The cure existing doesn’t mean Bryan was ever getting it.

Macklemore says Ed Sheeran and his team decided to remove him from tour due to his comments in support of Palestine, after Kraft Group rallied stadium owners and gave Ed an ultimatum:
“[Ed] told me that the words ‘Free Palestine’ and the image of the Palestinian flag were hurtful to a lot of people he spoke with. I told him that if those words were more offensive than tens of thousands of Palestinian children being killed by Israel, then there was a fundamental disconnect between where those people stood and where I stood. But he couldn't get past his public facing, ‘I don't take sides.’”
Henry Cavill kendi bilgisayarını topluyor videosundan daha iyisi gelmez diyordum ama yanılmışım. Inde Navarrette kendi bilgisayarını topluyor videosu gelmiş.
supergirl is for WOMEN
it's so satisfying to see a female character who is interesting and powerful with real internal struggles, a woman helping a girl just because that's what we do
the movie has issues, sure, but so does most acclaimed superhero movies
Let's make this clear. Ana Nogueira is a brilliant writer and that Supergirl ending is empowering, shocking and cathartic. It was the best choice to cement the film's message.
The fact that it's different from the comic is a GOOD thing! Adaptations should bring a new lens.
Supergirl Movie Review
I honestly don’t get all the hate this movie is getting.
I went in hoping for a fun superhero movie and that’s exactly what I got. The action was awesome, the fight scenes were a lot of fun, and I was surprised by how much I enjoyed it.
Milly Alcock absolutely crushed it. As far as I’m concerned, she’s Supergirl now. I can’t wait to see her in the next one.
Was it perfect? No. But I had a great time, and that’s all I really wanted.

i-dle got stuck with the (Girl) label & have been saying their preferred name is "i-dle" for 8 YEARS because being gendered made then uncomfortable, but y'all just couldn't be respectful about it & had to lie about their intentions
