we often get too caught up in the appearance and insecurities of our own bodies we forget to be thankful that it’s functioning and working for us everyday
you have to fall in love w/ your being in order to activate your luck. love your face, your body, your mind, who you are as a person. love is the energy of acceptance, openness & joy. the more you love yourself & your life, the more your value expands, the luckier you become.
I had a conversation with a friend the other day about how easy it is to overlook our blessings. The constant pursuit of MORE often distracts us from appreciating what we already have and how far we’ve come.
one of my new year’s resolutions was learning how to sit with myself and my emotions. instead of immediately trying to escape, suppress, or act on them, i just let myself feel them. safe to say, i’ve gotten the hang of it. i know i’ll be fine; it just needs to pass.
Ancestors,
Help me not become so distracted by people’s behavior that I miss the blessings unfolding in my own life.
When others disappoint me, remind me not to give their actions more attention than what is going right.
Let me see people clearly without allowing them to steal my joy.
Keep my eyes on what is growing, what is opening, and everything I have prayed for that is finally finding its way to me.
May I protect my peace and remain present enough to recognize my blessings when they arrive.
Ase. Ase. Ase
It will happen. And when it does, tell everyone it was God. When the answer comes, remember the prayers. When the door opens, remember the waiting. Remember, God did it🥹

“Have you seen” yes. Yes I have. I am on the internet constantly like everyone else. I have seen it. My screen time has been 8 hours a day every year since like 2007. It’s not good. I have seen it. We don’t need to talk about internet shit. How are your kids
