Josh Gardner is only 32, has been coaching since 2015 & has no playing career at these levels to speak of but you can see in this clip:

This is a clip of a @OfficialWoSFL 4th Division Side @Rossvale_FC taking on @darvelfc in the Prem.

Darvel won this game 4v1 late on but it was 2v1 in the dying moments & the whole game Rossvale were consistent with their approach & philosophy.

I'm a big fan of Josh Gardiner, their coach & his ideas, very forward thinking!

This is what he can do with:

• Part-Time / Unpaid players
• Barking Pitches

I reckon anyone up the leagues, maybe even the Vacant @johnstone_burgh should be having a look.
