Something strange just happened in the press box here. A Livonia parent just came up into the press box to berate the Hornell announcer for “not announcing any Livonia plays.”

@ToddHallidy It was the PA announcer which is why we were all stunned. He wasn’t even really being a “homer” he was just calmly stating what happened on each play.

I’ve seen some pretty wild stuff from the stands, especially when Hornell and Livonia play - and from both sides I might add. But that one takes the cake. Strange night.

It was truly one of the wildest things I’ve seen in my life. And really I do feel bad for the announcer, because he was honestly doing a really good job in his FIRST ATTEMPT.

@HornellTribNeal Every play he does just that. And he’s even been asking me for help figuring out who makes the tackles. That’s how I’m so sure he’s been announcing every play haha

@BillsMafia76 No she didn’t and I wouldn’t give it out either. Like I said, you could see in her eyes that she felt justified, and I think we’ve all been upset when we feel like our kids are being intentionally slighted.
