While the entire country is clamouring for justice to the girl who filed rape case against Kuldeep Singh Sengar, I speak to Shashi Singh & Naveen Singh - also implicated by the same girl in rape & gangrape cases, who the media has not heard at all, who are not at all powerful, who have the same social status as the girl but whose life has been turned totally upside down.

Shashi Singh was accused by the girl of taking her to Sengar's house where she was r*ped. But CBI could not find a single piece of evidence to either connect Shashi with Sengar or Shashi with the girl. No call , no message, no communication ever happened between her and Sengar or the girl. Biggest question then is, how did the r*pe happen then that too in a window of half an hour exactly from 8pm till 8:30pm?

वकील साब पॉडकास्ट में बता रहे है बिल्कुल झूठा केस है कुलदीप सेंगर निर्दोष है, बिना किसी एविडेंस के सिर्फ पीड़िता के बयान (जो चार बार बदला गया है) उसके आधार पर सजा सुना दी गई।

सोचिए,न्यायपालिका जहां लोग न्याय की उम्मीद करते है वहां पर बिना सबूत के मीडिया के दबाव में निर्दोष विधायक कुलदीप सेंगर को उम्रकैद की सजा सुना दी गई।

वकील साब बता रहे है सो कॉल्ड पीड़िता के पिता और चाचा ने दस साल पहले कुलदीप सेंगर के भाई पर सरपंच चुनाव में गोली चलाई थी, यह केस कोर्ट में चल रहा था इसमें उन्हें सजा होने वाली थी इससे बचने के लिए प्रोपगेंडा रचा गया और कुलदीप सेंगर को झूठे केस में फंसा दिया गया है।

हाथरस केस में भी कांग्रेसियों की नौटंकी पर चार ठाकुर लड़के अरेस्ट हुए ढाई साल जेल काटे उसके बाद में कोर्ट से बरी किए गए क्योंकि वो केस भी सेम इसी तर्ज पर फर्जी तैयार किया गया था।
