This is typical attitude of company.
@SamsungIndia Is there any one in company who tries to resolve the grievances of customers Since long time I am putting my problem of poor quality of washing in defective machine.
1) 2-3 times your technician visited my place and most surprisingly you identify technician as Engineer just to impress customers.
2)when Colour clothes are washed soap is stuck at some places. Your technicians took the pictures in which there were clear spots of soap at some points but your people sitting in customer care couldn’t see it because of their colour blindness problem.
3) When I repeatedly pointing the problem by sending some more photos of poor washing your team has send me a mail informing that washing machine was taken to service centre and there no problem was observed. No one has come to my home to collect washing machine.
इससे बड़ा झूँठ नहीं हो सकता , किस तरह से कस्टमर्स को बेवक़ूफ़ बनाया जाता है .
By adopting such type of malpractices you are harassing the customers
4) The model of washing machine which I have purchased was withdrawn by company due to design failure .
5) I am also receiving mails in which your team members are giving their mobile numbers so that I can call them but these numbers are of customers.
Your company is taking problem in very casual manner.
In the last I request to replace my defective washing machine with lasted model and I am ready to pay the difference of cost
@SamsungIndia On your advise I dropped a mail . In response your company has given me the reply that washing machine was taken to service centre and examined by service engineer. No one has come to my home and has not taken machine to service centre. कोई झूंठ बोलना तो आपसे सीखे
@SamsungIndia Since purchasing WA-90BG4686BRTL washing machine problem of sticking of soap on colour clothes was reported but no action was taken Because of defective design company has discontinued model but not replaced my defective machine. See working of MNC .

See poor quality of washing . Since last 6-7 months I am regularly complaining and posting pictures but due to colour blindness of employees company is unable to resolve problem. बुरे फँसे सैमसंग की वाशिंग मशीन ख़रीदकर , पैसे बर्बाद हो गए ।

In response to my mail Samsung given the reply that my case is closed and no defect was observed. In inspection report also it was mentioned that there are spots of soap on black clothes and I have also given the remarks . VERY DISAPPOINTING ATTITUDE
@ Samsung . Photos taken today of quality of wash from washing machine. Regularly I am regularly sending photos of poor quality of wash but their reply is our team has not found any defect . Due to colour blindness their team members are not capable to differentiate the colours
पिछले चार महीनों से वाशिंग मशीन की शिकायत कर रहा हूँ की धुलाई में रंगीन कपड़ो पर साबुन के निशान रह जाते है । दो बार टेक्निशियन आया , कपड़ो पर निशान के फोटो लिए लेकिन कंपनी की टीम के मेंबर्स कलर ब्लाइंडनेस से पीड़ित है , आंख बंद करके कह देते है की कपड़ो की धुलाई सही हो रही है ।
सैमसंग ने टेक्निशियन भेजा, अपने सुपरविजन में कपड़े धुलवाए । 5 कपड़ों पर कपड़ो पर कुछ जगह साबुन के निशान थे । रिपोर्ट में मैंने तथा टेक्निशियन ने लिखा । लेकिन कंपनी की टीम के कुछ मेम्बर colour blindness से पीड़ित लगते है क्योंकि उन्हें कलर में हल्के चेंज को नहीं पहचानते समस्या है

टेक्नीशियन आए और 13 कपड़ों की धुलाई होती देखी जिनमे से 5 कपड़ो पर साबुन लगा मिला और फोटो ली ।
बिना कोई रिपोर्ट बनाये वो चले गए जबकि कोई छोटे से छोटे काम के लिए आते है तो रिपोट तैयार करते है तथा कस्टमर के साइन कराते है ।
कंपनी ने फर्जी इन्स्पेक्शन रिपोर्ट अपने आप तैयार कर ली जिस पर मेरे साइन नहीं है
हर स्तर पर मैंने अपनी बात रखी लेकिन उनका एक रटा रटाया जबाब की इंस्पेक्शन रिपोर्ट में सब सही है सिर्फ अपनी फर्जी रिपोट का हवाला देते है जिस पर मेरे साइन तक नहीं है
मेरी वाशिंग मशीन अभी भी साफ़ कपड़े नहीं धो रही है
@SamsungIndia . I have posted number of photos of poor quality of wash of Samsung washing machine but no one in company is bothered to see that soap is sticking on clothes. They are simply writing that our team is satisfied with the washing , whereas technician who visited our house has reported that soap has stuck on 5 clothes out of 13 clothes which were washed during his presence .but they are not giving any cognisance to this .
सैमसंग का अब एक ही काम है कि उपभोक्ता को मशीन तो भबेच दी , पैसा मिल गया , किसी की क्यों सुने ।
ऐसी खराब मशीन और किसी कंपनी की नहीं है
भविष्य में सभी खरीदने में सावधानी रखें

Since purchasing washing machine was not working properly as liquid soap stuck to coloured clothes.& quality of washing was poor Regularly complaints were lodged to call centre and to dealer. Recently company has send technician ( So called Engineer in their knowledge) who has also reported that out of 13 cloths soap was stuck in 5 cloths but now they are saying we are international giant and will not replace defective machine.
@SamsungIndia So funny your team is not having knowledge of difference between technician and engineer. They send technicians to attend the complaint and inform customers that Engineer has visited and rectified problems.
Non Delhi Commercial vehicles BS4 are not allowed to ply in Delhi as per government notification. : Vehicle no HR-38-AJ-0469 is not confirming to BS4 and this vehicle was booked for us for single trip from Jaipur to New Delhi .

Very poor and horrible services rendered. Booking from Jaipur to Delhi additional Toll Taxe charges for Express Highway charged whereas in invoice Toll Tax is included. Waiting charges Rs 250 per hour demanded by driver Luggage not allowed to take till payment made
