@Deepak_00k @Unknown2nobody This is not just teachers who will be impacted its the whole recruitment done under this Niyojan niti, I am just asking with thousands of vacancies still left to be filled, was rejecting existing appointments a good step towards the state development? Why not fill all vacancies.

@Deepak_00k @Unknown2nobody I respect courts verdict but I dont agree quashing already appointed teachers. They too have right to ask the court what was their mistake in this & am sure they will. The court could have thought about this and gave such judgement which could give justice to all equally.

Ppl who could not join but has to again wait for dont know how many years till a new policy is made and whole recruitment starts again. What about the remaining vacancies? When those will be filled & exam be held

@Deepak_00k @Unknown2nobody I am not saying against those candidates but there is already thousands of more vacancies left to be filled why not the court order to speed up the recruitment process with the new amended policy and take the deserving candidates into consideration for those left vacancies.
