@GetDYPER it’s obvious the quality of this batch of diapers just isn’t the same as previous boxes and I was hoping for better customer service

@GetDYPER most other brands would own their mistake and send you new diapers or at least offer to send the next size up or something to retain a customer. We have been using Dyper for months and were getting their subscription boxes. Anyone else have issues?

@GetDYPER has probably the worst customer service experience known to mankind. I have a bad batch of brand new diapers that leak after 30 minutes of use and shed fabric onto my son… their resolution is just telling me to buy some more. Is this a joke?
