@wagamama_uk have you changed your Katsu curry sauce? I went to on of your restaurants last night and had a yasi Katsu curry and it was so spicy I could barely eat it, definitely hotter than it ever has been, the waitress also told me that I wasn’t the first person to say it.

When you pay nearly £45 each for a @nationalexpress journey & then it ends up being an old banger of a coach, uncomfortable seats, no lap trays or charging ports! And so many rattles! Not a nice national express coach! Not the comfy journey we were expecting! Not happy at all!

@FiveGuysUK I’ve filled this out, received an email saying they’d get back to me, usually within 2 working days, and I’ve still heard nothing! I know it’s not a lot but I’ve paid for something I didn’t receive so I’d like my money back for that!
