ये गड्ढा दिल्ली जल बोर्ड ने खोदा था, लेकिन न गड्ढे को कवर किया, न कोई बैरिकेड लगाया और न चेतावनी का बोर्ड।

अभी कुछ दिनों पहले ही नोएडा में 27 साल के इंजीनियर युवराज की पानी से भरे गड्ढे में गिरकर जान चली गई थी।
