Madan Mohan Malaviya founded Banaras Hindu University (BHU) in 1916.
From the very first day, he ensured scholarships for Dalits.
While Ambedkar was studying abroad, a Brahmin was supporting Dalits in India.
This will never be taught in schools. We all know why.
Dear Mr Nitin Gadkari,
if you can please make some time from mixing ethanol and petrol, to actually listening to public grievances; we Indians would be highly grateful.
Kindly respond to @talk2anuradha 🙏
Please also provide the names of engineers who had certified that these roads are now completely built on the parameters and guidelines given by NHAI.
We are tired of paying road taxes and toll taxes and what not other taxes while you use your axes on us and coldly slay us with pathetic roads.

We can buy cars
We can afford it's maintenance
We can afford it's fuel
But
We can't afford our college fees.
We can't afford our 100 rs. UPSC form fees.
We can't study hard we need reservation.
first diwali in the house i built 7 months ago and i’ll say this straight - it’s the best financial decision i’ve ever made.
the peace of seeing your parents relaxed under a roof you built beats every ROI calculator out there.
people online will tell you not to buy homes, maybe rent and invest or don’t lock your money in real estate and sure, maybe that makes sense for some.
but some decisions aren't always logical.
no number on a spreadsheet compares to the calm of knowing your parents are safe, comfortable, and close.
"this house isn’t an asset".
it’s proof that hard work actually changes lives starting with your own family.
grateful to god for this feeling.
wouldn’t trade it for anything.
grateful for everything.
Dr. Sivaranjani Santoshh has been fighting for 8 years against sugar-rich drinks falsely marketed as ORS.
We’ve been consuming sugary drinks when our body actually needs ORS.
Yet it took FSSAI 8 damn years to take a call.
Most Corrupt and Inefficient. That’s FSSAI.
Very satisfying ending!
Not saying this about the kid, but the parents. If you can't teach your kids humility, patience, and manners, they turn out to be such rude overconfident lot. Not winning a single rupee will surely pinch them for a long time.
Dear @narendramodi Ji,
People are slowly losing interest in BJP because
- We can see development, but also corruption growing.
- We can see a strong economy, but also rising poverty.
- We can see worldwide recognition, but also local frustration.
- We can see digital India, but still villages without basic needs.
- We can see smart cities, but also unsafe streets.
- We can see rich getting richer, but middle class struggling.
- We can see huge temples built, but schools still underfunded.
- We can see youth power, but also joblessness.
- We can see clean India campaigns, but dirty politics.
- We can see Make in India, but imports still rising.
India deserves growth with equality, not progress without humanity.
Happy Birthday, Lalu Yadav, the visionary who never got due credit for transforming Bihar :
1. He kept Bihar's air clean by driving away industries.
2. He didn’t create jobs in Bihar, thus giving people the chance to migrate, explore life, meet others from different languages, cultures, and beliefs, and thereby promoted unity in diversity.
3. He didn’t develop roads, forcing people to drive slowly and avoid accidents. He didn’t provide power supply, saving people from huge electricity bills. He didn’t improve public transport, encouraging people to walk or cycle and stay fit.
4. He promoted personal hygiene by urging people to shave their armpit hair, with the iconic slogan: “Bhura baal saaf karo.”
5. He opposed the Macaulay-style English education system forced upon us by neglecting govt schools. By allowing mass cheating, he promoted true equality for all.
6. He was a flagbearer of women empowerment. He even made a woman the CM of Bihar. Only haters will say it was because he was going to jail and wanted to keep the CM chair within the family, so he handed it to his wife.
7. While govts around the world are destroying jungles for development, Lalu ji established Jungle Raj right within the state.
8. He cared deeply for animals, so much so that he arranged crores worth of fodder for them, whether they existed or not. Who else thinks about imaginary cows?
9. He promoted family values by treating politics as a joint family venture, distributing tickets like Diwali gifts and ensuring everyone had a seat at the table, preferably in the Assembly.
10. He protected Bihar from the harmful effects of globalization by ensuring the state stayed stuck in the 1970s.
History will be kind to Lalu ji.
