Unpopular opinion from an “auntie”.
If you’re young and broke, go on that miami trip and split that hotel 8 ways with your friends. When you can afford better, you will. Dont miss out on a fun time bc the internet callin you broke. They are too.
Gentle reminder to schedule your doctor, dental, and vision appointments yall! Let’s take care of ourselves 🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽…. And therapy. Let’s get into therapy if we aren’t yet! 🫶🏽
i want to spend less time overthinking and more time living in the moment. less time chasing the next big thing and more time appreciating what i already have. less time worrying about what could go wrong and more time getting excited about the possibilities.
Love it! My super ambitious list includes Croatia, Bosnia, Montenegro, Grand Cayman, Greece, Kenya, Mexico, Honduras, Nicaragua, Peru, Ghana, Minnesota, and Utah.
Alright, the ending was so good that I give this book another star and a half. The issue was the audible narration more than the writing itself. I enjoyed the storyline. Overall, 3.5/5 feels more fair 😂
Multiple people recommended I read this book, and tbh I’m not a fan of the way it’s written/narrated. It takes too long for it to get spicy. Not enough action. I’m deep into Chapter 33, and she’s only on her 3rd husband 🙄 I’m gonna finish it, but it’s a 2/5 for me.
Being single is a blessing, not a curse. Being alone can be so healing & just bc it’s your now, doesn’t mean it has to be your forever. Take this time to get to know you, accept you, & LOVE you so that when you meet your next you’ll know what someone truly loving *you* looks like
a good friend asked me what my goals were. i told her the same as the past year, but just more of it: more community. more love. more peace. more joy. more learning. more growth. more creativity. more opportunities. more clarity. more intention.
abundance over everything.
We made it, y’all!
Through all the challenges we thought would ultimately break us…
We didn’t give up. We survived. We took breaks when we needed to but we didn’t stop showing up for ourselves and the ones we love.
Let’s celebrate the incredible strength in each of us.💙
