Glow-in-the-dark liquid shaker acrylic. Front is multilayer acrylic for slight 3d effect. Glitter resembles fish scale and fits my OCs design.

Thx @mltpizzaGO group for offering rare custom goods. They call this option “partitioned quicksand acrylic”.
