@gamerlearner I don't think its enough for institutions to sign off on content and design. They need to be involved in assessment i.e. checkmark and moderate for assurance of learning etc.
@gamerlearner I'm certainly not saying that the quality is lower, in-fact it may be even higher in some cases. I'm just saying there should be transparency about who is doing what in a partnership. Learners have the right to know so they can make an informed decision.
