How to sleep when it's hot outside? The truth is it's not easy to sleep when your core temperature is up. The best advice is to make sure you have airflow and your bedding is cool, but accept it may not be your best night's sleep.

Good to see #naps getting some positive coverage. Some #sleep experts advise against mapping but it can be so restorative if not too late in the day and kept less than 45 mins. And now tests show it helps memory too.
