@moving_charlie @sterlingredpill @mongoose_bruce 100% agree. If 20% is a COVID correction and mortgage interest rates are now higher than back then. The price drop then has the potential to be more pronounced and those in the negative equity danger zone could be of a much larger scale than predicted.

@moving_charlie @ONS I agree. Would be interesting to see not year to date but start of lockdown to now. The drop back toward those prices could be a reflection of where things stand. As this time last year they had already accelerated up.

@moving_charlie I can definitely confirm house prices are coming down. Ive had two chains fail on me in the last year. Today I was told by an estate agent that if a house has been on for a while there is already a £25k drop.
