@NicSaldias Thanks for posting this. I know I've asked you before what the best-selling EVs in Uruguay were, so this delivers—in spades! I always enjoy your Uruguay posts. Keep 'em comin'!
@BrazilBrian I think you have a voice of a radio DJ. (I mean that in the nicest possible way, just in case you have a personal dislike of radio DJs. 😁)
@NicSaldias@AmerQuarterly Nice article! I'd be very interested in reading about EU-Mercosur EVs if they ever become a thing.
For now, though, do you know what the best-selling non-Chinese EVs in Uruguay are?
@NicSaldias Now I'm curious. Does this make the crime, infrastructure, public works, etc. noticeably better worse in the white, yellow, and blue areas?
@NicSaldias I imagine the prices are what's keeping the other 90% from agreeing. It has always surprised me that Argentina hasn't noticed Uruguay's stability and progress and tried to do something about the direction of their own country.
@NicSaldias@lucinda_elliott I'd like to ask both of you for your subjective, biased opinions. What non-Chinese, non-luxury EVs are common in Uruguay and of decent quality? (I ask because we're researching the possibility of moving there.)
@AmyBwrites I find I usually have to press down harder with ballpoints. Rollerballs are a bit better. A well-tuned fountain-pen nib glides more freely across the page. My handwriting is usually pretty bad, but fountain pens make it a little--a LITTLE!--bit more presentable. 😁
