I believe an idea, such as the County Empowerment Initiative, will be what is needed to help save our Country...and the world.

Here is the TLDR....

1. Counties are allowed to participate in the free market system. Example...A county recycling center that pays money for scrap metal and sells it for a profit.

2. Increasing the opportunity for counties to make more money this way will help them solve problems locally and not have to rely on Federal help.

3. Investment in county owned plasma gasification plants will allow them to turn trash collected weekly into a saleable commodity that can either be sold, or used to generate electricity, which can then be sold to the grid.
