Suicidal thoughts aren’t always “I want to die.”
Sometimes they sound like:
• I can’t carry this anymore.
• I feel disconnected from everything.
• I’m here, but not really living.
• Nothing feels real or safe.
• I’m tired in a way sleep can’t fix.
• I don’t know how to pretend I’m okay.
• I just want the pain to stop.
These aren’t dramatic statements.
They’re distress signals.
Ngl some of you are walking love letters, and you don't even realise it. You light up rooms, shift atmospheres, and inspire people just by being you. It's really a very precious gift.
I think I've hit that season where I'm not angry anymore, just aware. I see people clearly. I move differently. I don’t explain.. I just shift. This is maturity mixed with grace.
There is something beautiful about having long term friends that have witnessed multiple versions of you and loved you unconditionally through each version
