I don't know if you guys remember when Dr Ajayi passed away and at his burial is first wife and Helen Prest his second wife had a battle right by the graveside as they struggled for the shovel as who had first right to do the dust to dust honors. This is the video. They physically dragged the shovel!
The world thought that doctor Ajayi was divorced when he married Helen Prest. He and Helen lived together and had a 23 year old daughter together before he unalived! He never actually married Helen i hear!

Apparently a lot of Nigerians believe that after a few 6 to 7 years of separation, you can go ahead and marry . That the law recognises you as divorced. That's false!

If you are not properly divorced even though separated for 20 years you are still married!

If you fall down and dai, that first wife no longer with you will be ruled to inherit everything from you if she heads to court, against your present wife. It happened also to Louisa Aguyironsi too! She lost everything to KK Yope's wife!

The court has ruled on the matter!
Dr Ajayis first wife is the legally recognized wife!

An American bank partnered with a Nigerian man to launder $308 million of Nigerian government money.

The money left Nigeria through American banks. It then sat quietly in a shell company for years while the man lived comfortably in Texas.

In 2003 American authorities arrested him. He spent six months in federal detention in the United States waiting to be tried.

Before the trial happened he offered to return $163 million.

America accepted. He flew back to Nigeria.

Nobody questioned him. Nobody charged him. Nobody prosecuted him.

He ran for Senate and won. He ran for Governor and won. He ran for Governor again and won.

America returned the $308 million his operation had laundered.

The new president then put him in cabinet.

America did not trust Nigeria with the $308 million.

They tied every dollar to three specific roads. Lagos-Ibadan Expressway. Abuja-Kano Road. Second Niger Bridge.

They even included a clawback clause. Misuse one dollar, pay it all back.

Why the conditions? Because previous loot returned to Nigeria had already disappeared.

Nigeria's own government told the court they had no record of how the earlier billions were spent.

A man who laundered billions is currently Nigeria's Minister of Budget and Economic Planning.

He decides how Nigeria spends its money.
