Just did a inbody scan. To baseline where I am at. Time to go on a cut. Not happy with my numbers but it is nice to have the numbers that I cannot argue with. I now know what my goal weight and corresponding body fat percentage. Time to plan!!!
@wyattearp@Skyline_Chili@graeters The Graeter's near us was out until today. My son made us arrive 20 minutes before the store opened and wait. He ended up not liking it at first then really liking it then it was only ok at the end. It was fun to watch

Ran 13.8 miles this morning. Was supposed to be 18 miles but in a foot of snow it already took 4.5 hours. Hardest thing I have done in a long time. For reference last week I ran 16 miles at 9:30 ave pace
