@benjy021@rahttled_doc Thanks! I’ve been trying to find that for ages!
Disappointingly, despite this post being years ago, there are still plenty of difficult morning handovers…
Please stop asking me to re-do all of my mandatory training that I’ve done with every hospital I’ve worked at in the last 13 years (and there are MANY). It’s a tick box exercise that realistically provides no benefit to me, you, or patients.
University of Otago research shows free prescriptions mean lower hospitalisation rates. For every dollar earned from prescription charges, we could be paying up to $18 in extra hospital costs. This is absolute economic illiteracy from the people that promised more.
Our clinic where 21 staff and family members are sheltering came under fire this morning. Our vehicles were destroyed. We have still not been able to medevac the wounded pt from the previous attack as there has been no safe moment. This gets worse every day. We are #NotATarget
@poped01@Ahpra The right to speak out about issues affecting public health was part of my contract in NZ. Perhaps @sasmoa4doctors could ask for this in future EBA negotiations?
Simple public service announcement given the main stream media and governments are largely ignoring it.
AUS is deep into our 8th wave, building on top of a crushing baseline of ongoing hospitalisations and deaths.👇
