@HyattConcierge Done. We also just showed up to our “Happy Birthday package” hibachi reservation that we have confirmed for two days in a row now to be told that no such reservation exists. This trip has been ridiculous. I pay far too much for UVC for this.

@Hyatt I’m a gold plus UVC member and my stay at @DreamsSands has been full of nuisances. I’ve always loved this place but it needs some serious help this time. Multiple times per day I’ve needed to have issues resolved. Vacation is supposed to be easy. 😩

@KCMO311 we are experiencing retaliation from our trash crew (purposely not picking up bags) after we complained about multiple weeks of missed pickup. We spoke to a “manager” and now they are purposely just driving past our bags. Just watched the crew do it. This is messed up.

@rnbadley Pee, fresh drink, merch, soft pretzel if a big venue/no food if a small venue, dance and sing lyrics loud enough to annoy everyone around me, leave with a natural high, wake up sad it’s over the next day.
