Tom Volkaert was born in 1989 in Antwerp (Belgium), where he currently resides. His work has been exhibited in London, Norway, Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands and the US. Despite a brief spell studying printmaking, Volkaerst has no formal training as an artist.

Speaking about his own work, he says he draws inspiration from looking beyond the art world, where ‘...not everyone is unique and everything has happened before…That’s why I relate to stories that have nothing to do with art history.’
Ragnar Persson (b. 1980) is a contemporary artist based in Stockholm, Sweden, who worked as an illustrator for the 2019 feature film, ‘Midsommar’; collaborating with American director and screenwriter Ari Aster.
