@UberUKI_Support Uber Eats support is unreal. Driver picked up my food, went the complete opposite direction, delivery time changed, and support insists it’s “the most efficient route.”
That’s like saying the quickest way to London is via Glasgow.
@piercedxmermaid I know it sounds daft, but do you have another phone you can try? I've had it before where I used one phone didn't work, tried my landline got straight into the queue... but that could have also been insane luck.
@tobycarvery ordered a breakfast yorkie wrap from the Wakefield Toby Carvery... only to be delivered something that does not resemble a wrap at all? How am I meant to eat this without cutlery!?
@cineworld I emailed on 10th Dec about downgrading my Unlimited card to access only the Wakefield site after the Castleford closure. Still awaiting a response! Is there no loyalty to unlimited members?
@arrivayorkshire Instead of focusing on Christmas light switch-ons, how about informing passengers about cancellations? 3,496 buses didn’t show yesterday, and the one that did, over an hour late, left the driver taking the flack. Should we expect the same tonight? If the drivers are making cards?
