Absolutely appalled by the customer service between @McDonaldsUK and @UberEats today. No help in-store and the chat and phone line was very unhelpful.

@IcelandFoods is there a problem with the site and app? On app I can top up bonus card fine and view past orders but when trying to book a delivery it asks me to sign in and then just hangs there and doesn't sign me. On website I can't do anything but see my basket.

@IcelandFoods do you know why when adding 1 of these waters to my basket it jumps straight to max quantity reached? I usually buy the amount for whatever the deal is but max is normally 8, not 1?

@IcelandFoods I'm all for new items, infact I love when new items come out but not at the expense of a good portion of my standard weekly shop not appearing on the website - not even marked as OOS - just no longer showing up!

@Uber_Support I sat on hold for a while. I have better things to do with my Sunday. Surely there is an easier way o manage issues with orders after they have been delivered. I even asked what to do if it arrived cold and was told to message again.

@IcelandFoods so disappointed. 14:30-16:30 slot today. No show. Local store line just goes straight to busy! Lovely lady from CS said area manager had been informed by her supervisor on my behalf. Told I'd receive a call for delivery 7-9pm. No call. No delivery. 1hr to go.

@IcelandFoods I can see now after my basket total jumping up by a tenner on the app, that it was due to new offers starting tomorrow. But current offers are valid until 2nd Jan (today) so not sure why I couldn't get them. Had to rejig my order to knock it back down 😪

@HarvesterUK just got home from our meal this evening to find that our 3 tapas starters were not given the 3 for £13.99 offer, but charged full price instead. How can we resolve this?
