Real Simple Dinner! Pounded a chicken breast thin. Salt, cracked pepper both sides. Flour & into frying pan. Brown both sides, cut up half an avocado on top. Shredded mozzarella & Pecorino Romano. Cover. When cheese melts add your fave sauce to pan. Sauce bubbles you're done!

Get COOKIN'! Making Meatballs, Hot Italian Sausage and Rigatoni. Made Gorgonzola Deviled Eggs. Erin's making Cioppino which is an awesome Seafood Stew. She's making it with Clams, Shrimp, Lobster, Crab Claws and Scallops. MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE!
