Bring back old CB usage system.

IPL is just around the corner and devastating rules for CB might lose your members.

Before it is too late, some steps should be taken.

Putting restrictions on cashbonus is not just horrid decision , but also worst ever.

Looking forward for good response from @Dream11 , it’s not possible to complete such huge CB by 10% like that, so such minimum amount should be there.
