@BBCNews Why does the BBc refer to BTEC as BTec? Not only is it referred to as BTEC on the Pearson website but it's also the Business and Technology Education Council, so surely it's BTEC not BTec..?

@pipmadeley I run a B&B. I used to be gutted by the odd bad review. But now I give a good, well thought out response, addressing their comments and swiftly move on. It's frustrating to no longer have a clean record, but future buyers will judge you by the 99.99% who rated you positively.
