@NUSCuk Exactly this. Despite my best efforts, one of my lads is a Bournemouth fan. He's been a member there for about 5 years, has been £10 or £15 since then. They get a little pack of stuff every season and on their 8th birthday they get the home kit! Proper engagement.

If they do insist on having a queue then surely one place per member in that queue not favouring those who can use multiple (100s) of devices and IPs.

@nufctrust 2 - you don’t even currently have to be logged in to join the queue. That just means bots running on hundreds of virtual machines / IP addresses can’t be stopped? Further punishing real fans?
