@NicholasLight I was recently in Tokyo and saw a group of 4 Spanish tourists (male and female) were talking loudly eating chips and drinking alcohol on the metro train.
The next day 2 Indians; male & female, male seemed to be American, did the same. As a tourist, I’m so embarrassed and annoyed

@BasilTheGreat I would definitely pick dogs. But I also think people should have a license to keep a dog. I have seen too many dogs being abused. Just like children. If they can raise them then they shouldn’t have them.
