Dear America,  

Starting today, on the 250th birthday of our country, millions of children will now benefit from a new & powerful American birthright - a privately owned investment account from birth. Every child a shareholder in the great American economy!

American capitalism is the greatest prosperity-creating engine the world has ever known. It has unlocked unprecedented abundance for our country and untold life-advancing innovation. From clean food & water to cars & planes to vaccines & cures to computers & phones.  Through depressions & world wars, through panics & pandemics, betting on America has been the best investment in human history. 

But far too many hardworking families feel like they are on the outside looking in - like the American Dream has become out of reach. 

The Invest America Act changes all that. Signed into law by President Trump it establishes the Trump Accounts - launching today - making every child a shareholder from birth.  Every account seeded with $1000 in America's best companies - making every child a direct participant in our stock markets & American capitalism.  

But it doesn’t stop there.  Representing the best of our civic traditions, an unprecedented outpouring of additional private  contributions into these accounts is already underway. Billions of dollars have been committed by philanthropists & corporations to tens of millions of children across the country. A new form of massive, direct philanthropy & corporate benefits directly to America’s kids is just getting started. From adopting all the kids of a school or organization to a city or state.  America is the most giving country in the history of the world - and Trump Accounts provide a new open source platform to enable anybody to contribute to anybody.  

Trillions of dollars will compound in these accounts over the next 20 years.   

But this is about more than just figures on an account statement. By investing in the next generation, our country is providing tangible opportunities to all future generations of Americans: an education, a first home, the ability to start a business, and the foundation for a lifetime of savings. Trump Accounts provide hope to those feeling hopeless - unlocking unlimited human potential.

Trump Accounts do this through a massive public - private partnership that empower the individual not the state.  They double down on free market capitalist democracy by empowering the individual rather than growing dependency on government.  Aligning citizens with capitalism rather than pitting them against it.

J'ai fait l'inverse de l'accusation : lire avant de juger. Deux biographies. Des dizaines d'heures d'interviews et de documentaires. Zéro once de racisme détectée.

Ce que j'ai trouvé, c'est une obsession constante pour la liberté : rachat de Twitter au nom de la liberté d'expression, réintégration des comptes bannis, publication des Twitter Files, ouverture du code de l'algorithme, open-source de Grok, brevets Tesla libérés en 2014, Starlink rallumé pour les Iraniens coupés du net pendant les manifestations et pour l'Ukraine, refus répété des demandes de censure étatiques.

Maintenant, faisons l'expérience de pensée que ses accusateurs ne font jamais. Imaginez que Musk soit réellement evil.

Cet homme possède un réseau de satellites qui couvre la planète, soit une capacité de surveillance quasi totale. Il possède la place publique numérique la plus influente du monde. Il possède la première fortune à 1000 milliards de l'Histoire, depuis l'IPO de SpaceX le 12 juin. Aucun individu n'a jamais concentré autant de leviers.

Un Musk réellement malveillant, avec ça dans les mains, ne tolérerait pas une seconde qu'on le traite de nazi H24 sur sa propre plateforme. Il bannirait. Il surveillerait. Il écraserait. On serait déjà dans 1984.

Or regardez la réalité : les comptes qui l'accusent de nazisme tweetent toujours. Tous les jours. Sans entrave. Sur son réseau. Avec son algorithme. La dystopie totalitaire qu'on lui prête se démontre par l'absence du goulag.

Voilà le retournement. 1984 le contrôle de la parole, la surveillance de masse, la désignation publique des hérétiques ce n'est pas son projet. C'est le fantasme de ceux qui l'accusent. L'accusation décrit toujours l'accusateur.

C'est du Girard à l'état pur : on désigne un bouc émissaire pour ne pas voir le mécanisme qu'on porte soi-même. Celui qui hurle « nazi » rêve souvent, en silence, du pouvoir de bannir, de ficher, de faire taire.

L'homme qui aurait tous les moyens de bâtir 1984 est précisément celui qui laisse ses pires détracteurs parler. Demandez-vous qui, dans cette histoire, rêve vraiment du télécran.

I always wonder why contractors don’t leave buffer in their schedules. If that buffer doesn’t get used then just move work forward. I would be ecstatic if my contractor called me and said, “Hey, we’re ahead of schedule and can fit you in a day earlier. Mind if we come tomorrow instead?”

We're not gonna drain the Great Salt Lake. That's ridiculous. We are gonna create incremental jobs. This is not gonna destroy air quality because we don't have the option to do that. That's controlled both state and federally, and we don't want to do that. That's not what we wanna do. I want this to be the example of what we can do all across the country. This is not going to be my only project. But in order to do that, we have to prove it, and we're not building 40,000 acres of data centers. That's the size of the land parcel. So saying it’s twice the size of Manhattan is ridiculous. We're building very slowly and incrementally, and everybody around us nationally and internationally can see what we're doing. It'll be totally transparent, and we want it to be the shining example of how you do this.

In Utah, educating illegals cost the state’s taxpayers $650+ million in 2023 — and lawmakers were forced to deploy emergency funding to keep up with the strain on the public school system.

This school year, Utah’s K-12 public schools saw the largest decrease in enrollment in 25 years — which the state superintendent attributed, in large part, to “slowing in-migration.”
