They skipped early physical copies to stop leaks. The album dropped digitally first on August 8, 2011. Stores got later

The-Dream recorded his part for one song in just six minutes

Ye made the song “Otis” in about 10 minutes.
He sampled it, chopped it, and rapped on it right away

Arguably one of the greatest collab albums ever
