@Wickes we are still living in a pandemic so I think you need to review your returns policy, as it doesn't reflect the current situations and covid timescales implications customers & tradespeople are dealing , like government you need to review monthly

@Wickes However customers & tradespersons especially those with families have faced a plethora of illness,testing,isolation since Sept and having to respond to shifting policies with #selfisolation with children. I think it's disappointing that Wickes can't show a bit more compassion

@Wickes can you please consider the #wellbeing of your customers too pls. We have had #covid related delays on our #diyproject, we now need to return 2x firedoors. Your 30 day #returnpolicy during ongoing pandemic is shortsighted when customers are #firefighting #CustomerService
