@flipkartsupport @FlipkartSupport I checked the Orders page but there is no such option available. Also, your delivery partner never called before delivery. When they arrived, the product was damaged, so we refused it. They then said they won’t deliver and asked us to cancel. Please resolve this.

@flipkartsupport I booked a refrigerator from @Flipkart, but it’s still undelivered. The delivery partner brought a dented, scratched product and forced me to accept or cancel it. This is my third tweet on the issue. Dear @_Kalyan_K, please intervene and resolve this urgently.

The agent said it was damaged and marked delivery as unsuccessful when I refused.
Please resolve this and deliver a proper, undamaged product.
