Just so we’re all on the same page @axs is withholding the money I earned from the sale of Hozier tickets IN APRIL because of their policy to not do balance transfers until after a show has happened. Except Hozier just postponed his show in Billings with no new date.

@axs It’s incredible to me that this is company policy for @axs. The tickets were purchased directly from them AND were sold, at face value, through them. But in case they’re fake tickets? they get to continue to collect interest on my money for god knows how long.

@axs All this to say I have been nothing but disappointed and frustrated by my @axs experience. Glad y’all get to collect interest on MY MONEY for months, if not years, while I wait for some nebulous moment when you determine I’m finally allowed to have my money.

So I now have to wait for whenever the show is rescheduled for to receive my money from @axs. I purchased these tickets in Nov 2023, sold them in April 2024, and now have to wait who knows how long to receive my money back.
