Thanks for all your help guys, cycled in the heat to a fully booked pool because your booking system gave absolutely no useful information and no one bothered to respond to me online. Maybe if someone picked up the phone this wouldn’t happen.

@HadleyFreeman @guardian Thanks for replying! I’m aware of her views on the matter, I just think it’s good practice and normalises it. I think when she’s not expressed being ‘pro deadnaming’ , it’s worth doing. Hoping you agree but understand you may not.
