UPDATE: Mississippi mother who went viral because she neglected her freezing son, has been arrested.

Kambria Darby was arrested in Byram, Mississippi after her 2 year old son needed paramedics' attention for 'freezing & shaking.'

Darby has since compared herself to Jesus in a Facebook post, saying she was being "done like Jesus was."

The boy was taken by Child Protective Services and later released to a relative with his two siblings.

Darby is facing up to six years in jail if she is convicted for neglecting her child.

Darby claims she did nothing wrong.

"They did Jesus the same way, he felt sick to his stomach as well; he didn't want to go through it."

"My village ain't gone play about my 3 & neither do I! Again I can't say everything it's a legal matter but my kids are not a charity case, they are not neglected, and I am not mentally ill! Stop it with the defamation!"

Reports claim temperatures were below 20 degrees Fahrenheit while the baby was in nothing but a diaper.

The woman who tried protecting the child and filmed the encounter, Felicia Nicole, worked at the Walmart where this happened.

BLM supporter, Jessica Beauvais, 32, got drunk on livestream and ended the podcast by saying, ‘fuck the police.’

She then got behind the wheel of her Volkswagen Passat and went for a drive.

Beauvais was seen speeding on the Long Island Expressway at 2am when she came to a detour being worked by NYPD Officer Anastasios Tsakos.

The area was blocked off by multiple traffic cones and a police vehicle with activated emergency lights.

Beauvais veered around the awaiting vehicles and struck Tsakos, caving in her windshield, hood, and roof, and killing Tsakos in the process.

Another officer on the scene tried to flag her down but she wouldn’t stop.

Multiple police vehicles then initiated a pursuit.

Beauvais exited the highway and was observed driving on the sidewalk.

The police were able to box her vehicle in, so Beauvais put her vehicle in reverse and rammed the cop car behind her twice in an attempt to escape.

Beauvais was taken into custody and transported to the 112th Precinct where she blew a .15 percent.

Beauvais faces up to 15 years in prison if convicted.

Officer Anastasios Tsakos leaves behind a wife and two young children, ages 3 and 6.

He was a 14-year veteran of the NYPD.
