@Delta It is so irritating that i can book 2 people ATL-LGA just fine, but when i try to book the EXACT same trip using a companion certificate i get an “oops you need to call” message….happens every time i try to use e-credits…..seems you want to make it difficult to use them.

@aliarouzi ali, i just saw your story about Vlad and his grandmother….what can we (I) do to help him?? This is just tragic…..(i know there are many more, but he’s such a fine young man to bring his grandmother and her cat and then lose her)??
