People with ADHD will research something obsessively for 3 weeks, become a genuine expert, tell everyone about it, buy all the equipment…then wake up one morning and feel absolutely nothing about it ever again.
I write down all my chores on little separate pieces of paper, and I put them all in a bowl, so I can randomly choose which chore to work on first instead of writing a list and then getting overwhelmed by the list and not doing anything at all. It turns into a little game. I do this for pretty much anything that requires me to make a lot of choices.
