@codegraph the “kill the project if #3 fails” rule is probably the best filter here. if the tool doesn’t save people time, all the ai and features around it don’t really matter.

@ManWithCodes yash, saying no early probably saves more than just engineering time. custom features can quietly turn a product into a collection of exceptions.

@bradflora building alongside users instead of from a distance probably helped them iterate much faster. especially in defense, real-world feedback can change the product quickly.
