@AmericanAir I always have a horrendous experience at the phl desk. So much so that I try to check in online just to avoid the unreasonably rude personnel at the front kiosk. Shame on your airline for not having expectations for customer experience

@AmericanAir I would really just like my check in to be able to be done remotely it always states I have to check in at the counter for international flights. And EVERY SINGLE TIME I am met with your rude, unhelpful, kill joy emoloyees. Today I spoke with supervisor larry, he was unhelpful
