Son Heung Min is almost too gracious and too much of a class act. In what could likely be his last World Cup, the heart and soul of the South Korea team has kept quiet while Hong Myung Bo makes poor decision after poor decision.

Son even apologized that he couldn’t help his team more on the pitch against South Africa. Well, yeah, it’s hard to help when you’re not out there to begin with! It’s hard to help when you’re not being utilized to your strengths!

I hope that South Korea can sneak into the Round of 32 🙏 and that Son will demand to be on the pitch for the duration of the game. Hong, do the right thing at least ONCE this World Cup! Give Son the respect he deserves and let him leave everything on the field for South Korea!
