hug deprivation is real. you need 8 hugs a day for maintenance. hugs reduce stress, lower blood pressure, improve sleep, calm muscles, release dopamine & build trust. more hugs, more healing.
when i need reminded why i chose to become a nurse (bc mentally & physically hard) i rewatch grey’s anatomy. idk why it’s like this, but it is. & it works. moral of this story, find something that reminds you why your dream is your dream. that is all.
